These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of DeshiAds (deshiads.be), operated by DeshiAds (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use DeshiAds.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use DeshiAds. By registering, you confirm this is true and that the information you provide is accurate.
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at maruf@deshiads.be if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
Posting an ad is free. You may optionally pay for VIP placement to increase visibility, processed securely through Stripe. VIP placement is a paid subscription that renews automatically until cancelled from your dashboard; fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.
Every ad you post must comply with our Community Guidelines and these Terms. We review ads before they go live and may reject, edit, remove, or unpublish any ad, at any time, for any reason, including policy violations, reports from other users, or legal requirements.
You alone are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of your ads, photos, and messages. DeshiAds is a platform that connects buyers and sellers — we are not a party to any transaction between users, don't inspect goods or services offered, and don't guarantee the accuracy of any listing. Deal with other users carefully: meet in safe public places, verify items before paying, and never send money in advance to someone you haven't met.

You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant DeshiAds a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content on DeshiAds (and in previews on third-party platforms, like a shared link's preview image) for as long as your ad or account is active, and as needed to operate the service.
We moderate ads and may act on reports from other users. Violating these Terms or our Community Guidelines can result in ad removal, account suspension, or permanent termination, at our discretion, without prior notice for serious violations.
DeshiAds is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any ad is accurate, safe, or legal. To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, DeshiAds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your dealings with other users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory Belgian or EU consumer-protection law.
You may stop using DeshiAds and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or the law, or if we reasonably believe your use of the site creates risk or legal exposure for us or other users.
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the “Last updated” date above; continuing to use DeshiAds after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
